10 months working with Mason! Started with a Dieting phase, followed by an effective diet reverse and now into a gaining phase.

Eating considerably more calories than he was on the left while maintaining a much better body composition and more muscle.

This is why we don’t rush the process of muscle gain when there’s body fat to remove, diet first, reverse and then gain… it’s worth it every time 🤝

Now Mason can be productive by spending a solid amount of time in a surplus pushing for muscle, maybe next time he diets it will be for a natural show 👀 who knows 😆
