(01) GETTING TO KNOW YOU + GOAL SETTING

We start all of our client journeys by simply getting to know you, as after all, we will be working together for the foreseeable! I will send you a consultation form going over your training experience, goals and health, and if there’s any further questions either end, I’ll be sure to cover everything with no stone left unturned.

(02) FULL COACHING PLAN

Alongside your coaching plan, you’ll receive an in-depth onboarding video where I walk you through each section of your plan, explaining what everything means and why it matters. I’ll also guide you through the check-in process, so you feel fully supported, listened to, and confident in how everything works. It’s all part of the truly tailored approach behind Apex Coaching.

Your coaching plan is simple to use and easy to understand. It’s a live document, accessible from your smartphone, for when you’re in the gym or on the go. Designed with busy lives in mind, it won’t require you to sit at your laptop every evening.

It covers every key aspect of your journey: training, nutrition, supplements, goal setting, and progress tracking, giving you the clarity and structure needed to keep moving forward, as well as the information I require to give you the most valuable feedback during check-ins.

(03) WEEKLY CHECK INS, SUPPORT + ACCOUNTABILITY

Each week you will be checking in with me on a set day with pictures and a weeks worth of data, where I will assess progress on the tracking sheet, adjust your plan and keep your momentum strong with a video. Plus, ongoing support whenever you need it, because accountability and connection are key to long-term success. It’s my goal to make you feel supported, part of a team and truly invested in.
