No caption can quite quantify the incredible life changing results karen has achieved .

These photos show an insane physical transformation but beyond that for Karen to step out of her comfort zone and do a photoshoot which is sooo far beyond what she thought ever possible 3 years ago when we started working together, that’s the progress that is truly life changing.

2 young kids and working 3 jobs at some points during this 6 month photoshoot prep, she shows truly admirable levels of determination and resilience. When I say she worked hard I mean she worked so f**king hard to get here.

Now she reaps the rewards of her hard work and is now able to enjoy true balance while maintaining a physique goal that 3 years ago for her seemed impossible 🤝.

To say I am proud would be a massive understatement, I may be the coach, but I find myself inspired time and time again by Karen.

Now the fun of stacking on muscle begins 😎🤝
