I often get asked the question “how long does it take to see results?”…

It’s really important not to hyper focus on time lines especially when it comes to completely changing a lifestyle. It’s also important to remember the results are not only physical but feeling fitter, stronger, healthier and generally happier are wins to be celebrated along the way with any transformative journey.

By celebrating all levels of achievement it enables the journey to continue long term as well as being as enjoyable and fulfilling as possible making it truly life changing.

If you hyper focus on statements such as “when I get to this body weight I will be happy”, or, “I need to get in shape within 8 weeks“, you’re setting yourself up to feel crap, even though there is so much to celebrate you will find yourself blind sighted by obsessing over an end result which increases the likelihood of going straight back to square one.

Ben started his journey just wanting to get fitter and drop some body fat, we never set expectations of particular weight goals or even time lines. Now look at what he’s achieved, I’ve seen Ben thrive in the gym and the level of confidence that’s come with his transformation has been unbelievably rewarding to witness.

This is what my coaching is about, working closely along side people to bring out their absolute best in and outside the gym in the most sustainable way 💪
