Abbie came to me wanting to gain muscle after previously being slammed with harsh dieting techniques, this left her nervous about increasing her calories particularly carbs, so we took a very steady progressive approach. Increasing her calories gradually to drive her training performance, essentially teaching her body to use the food as FUEL!
A few Months down the line her body is utilising nearly double the amount of carbs she was initially consuming, her body weight has not changed but her body composition continues to improve with major changes to her overall muscle mass & physique.
It’s an absolute pleasure to be part of this journey and I’m forever grateful for the trust that is put in me, Abbie you’ve smashed it and the best thing is we are only just getting started, I am one seriously proud coach.
